    These terms govern your use of the GoodeCoverage Agent Portal, sales resources, training materials, LeadFuel CRM integration, and Insurance Needs Analysis forms provided by The Goode Agency LLC.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the GoodeCoverage Agent Portal, website, or any related tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the portal or its resources.

    2. Agent Eligibility & Authorization

    The Agent Portal is intended for licensed insurance agents and authorized users. By requesting access, you represent that:

    • You hold any licenses required to conduct insurance business in your jurisdiction.
    • You are authorized to access the resources and carrier portals linked within the Agent Portal.
    • You will use the portal in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements.

    3. Use of the Agent Portal

    You agree to:

    • Use the portal, resources, and tools for legitimate business and client-service purposes.
    • Protect your login credentials and not share access with unauthorized parties.
    • Use sales resources, rate guides, and carrier materials in accordance with carrier and compliance rules.
    • Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the portal, LeadFuel CRM, or connected systems.

    4. LeadFuel CRM Integration

    The Agent Portal integrates with LeadFuel CRM for lead capture, pipeline activity, and follow-up. Your use of LeadFuel is also subject to LeadFuel's own terms. We are not responsible for the independent practices of LeadFuel or any third-party carrier portal you access through the Agent Portal.

    5. Sales & Training Resources

    Product sheets, rate guides, carrier comparisons, training materials, and other resources are provided for your use in serving clients. They may change without notice and should not be relied upon as the sole source of product or underwriting information. Always confirm details with the relevant carrier.

    6. No Guarantee of Results

    The Agent Portal and its resources are tools to support your business. We do not guarantee specific sales results, lead volume, or client outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, skill, and market conditions.

    7. Intellectual Property

    The GoodeCoverage name, logo, portal design, and original content are owned by The Goode Agency LLC. Carrier names, logos, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for agent convenience only.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Goode Agency LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Agent Portal or related resources. The portal and resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

    9. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Agent Portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
